I'm a thirtysomething-year old, married black woman living on the South side of Chicago. I am quietly doing my time in corporate America, but I hope to break out soon. When I escape, I plan to sing opera, write a book and run another marathon. Oh, and I'm also trying to have a baby.
I just found your blog, I was short of jumping out of my seat at the office when i saw your comments day to day then when i saw the results, a sigh of relief. I am so happy for you. I'm 4dp3dt and this is my first IVF also, had 11 eggs only to have 7 fertilized then transfered 3 then I just got a call that the rest of them didnt make it to freeze. i almost cried but cant cause i'm in the office. so now all i can do is pray.... but your story just brought back a little tinny bit of hope
