I'm a thirtysomething-year old, married black woman living on the South side of Chicago. I am quietly doing my time in corporate America, but I hope to break out soon. When I escape, I plan to sing opera, write a book and run another marathon. Oh, and I'm also trying to have a baby.
Today's ultrasound revealed that one embryo is growing. I am happy that there is some normal activity going on in there. I am sad for the ones that didn't make it. Overall, the good outweighs the bad. I'm still pregnant.

I was so looking forward to multiples. It would be sweet to be able to hold so many babies, knowing that your others are in heaven. I pray that this little one gets to go to the taste of chicago, 2008 :)

as for me, i am 11dp5dt and still don't know if i am preg or not. (am away on vacation) but i will soon.
